Vacation Bible School

Summer has just begun, and we kicked it all off with Vacation Bible School here at St Andrew’s!

Our VBS Snowball Mountain Challenge theme this year was inspired by Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” Our challengers learned that they can overcome hard challenges with God’s strength. Each morning we met in the sanctuary, otherwise known as “Celebration Village,” to learn the Bible story of the day, get energized with our daily song, and focus on how we can be strong with God’s help by giving our all, sharing our gifts, praying, and having hope. The teams then rotated to our various events to play in recreation, put together crafts, act out Bible stories, explore in science, and enjoy some creative snacks, all while building memories and having fun!

Thanks to our amazing volunteers, comprised of adults and youth alike, everyone had a “snow-rific” good time throughout the day, staying engaged and having fun! Every bit of help is appreciated and valued; your time, talent, and effort go a long way to make this a memorable week for the kids that attend our VBS every year! Thank you!
