As summer draws to a close, we continue our efforts to maintain and improve the church property. We have engaged a small local landscaping company to fertilize the lawns, and we have completed weeding and reduced several flower beds to simplify long-term maintenance. We have completed the work on the steps to the sanctuary and the office to improve the safety and reliability of those walkways.

Heavy rains caused leaks in several areas of the church. Some have been resolved, while others may require future roof repairs. These leaks appear only during the most intense rainfall. If you notice rain entering the building, please let me know so we can address it promptly.

As always, if you notice any maintenance concerns, please notify me or the Rev’d Ben. If you are interested in lending a hand as we care for our historic church, we would be grateful to hear from you. There is always room for new members on the Property Committee.
