Music Report

As I write this, we have just completed our Easter services. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the talented musicians that contributed many hours of rehearsal and performance during the Easter season. We were fortunate to enjoy the talents of our choir, interim organists, a cellist and a trumpeter. Thank you all for all of your contributions to make our Lent and Easter season special.

Last month, we reported that until a fulltime choir director is hired, we will be contracting with substitute organists on a weekly basis. We are interviewing candidates as they apply and we are hopeful to find a fulltime choir director soon. In the meantime, substitute organists have been contracted through June 5th. The choir will take their summer break after the June 5th services to reconvene in September.

Until June 5th, please feel free to sing with the choir any Sunday. We rehearse every Sunday at 9:15 AM and welcome all singers!
